I might have already asked this, but is there a way to publish an event on the main page as it was in the old GG? I think it would make more sense, otherwise we will need to create an event (so that it will go on the calendar) and then post it in a blog if we want it on the main page, and I find it redundant... but maybe I am wrong

Are we going to have venue listings again? If they're already here, please guide me. I could have sworn I already posted this yesterday, but now can't find it. I'm very confused. Is there a way to look at a list of our own posts, in case we lose them? I feel doddering coming on....

Can we have a Forum specifically for dance wear? It's often that people ask me where to buy dance shoes, vintage clothing, dance inspired clothing, etc. I would love to start a new folder and get some threads going "pun intended."

Here is a suggestion for the new site:
I recommend indicating the number of posts beside each event listed in the side bar "Upcoming Events." This way, users can see the event, and then also automatically see if people are posting about the event. This would make it much easier for dancers to see which events people are really talking about.
